Vendor Delivery

Mankind has a few new guidelines in regards to delivery scheduling to help minimize deliveries not being accepted and turning drivers away. Our goal is to make this process clean and smooth for both our team and for yours so there are no wasted resources or finances during the delivery process.

Prior to being scheduled for a delivery we must have an invoice and correct manifest on file. Once received and approved you will be sent the link to schedule your delivery. Here is a list of common errors which can result in a delivery not being accepted due to not meeting BCC regulations.

Common Errors:

Manifest is filled out incorrectly or by hand - We have provided a Manifest you can completely digitally. Once it is done and approved we will send you a link to schedule your delivery appointments with Mankind.
No Appointment Scheduled - Mankind does not take deliveries without a proper manifest or a scheduled delivery time. If your driver shows up without scheduling a delivery they will be turned away as we have a very full schedule of deliveries and cannot accept drop-in deliveries from vendors.
COAs Don't Match Product - If your COA does not match the product on the truck we cannot accept delivery and your driver will be sent back to get the correct COA and/or product. This is per BCC regulations. Digital copies of COAs must be sent over day of delivery.

Ways To Insure Delivery:

Have a Correct Manifest on File -Unless you are on Metrc a completed, correct manifest must be on file. Mankind wants to make this process as smooth as possible which is why we provide a Manifest that can be filled out online. Once the manifest is complete and has been reviewed by our receiving specialist you will be sent a link to our scheduling app to schedule your delivery.
Make Sure COAs Match Products - If the COA is wrong we cannot, by BCC regulations, accept the order. Double and triple check your COA when you load your truck to make sure everything matches. This will help insure your delivery is accepted.
Arrive on time (or 15min early) - if your driver is late they go to the end of the delivery conga line until either someone else shows up late, or until all on time deliveries have been processed. This could sometimes be hours and that is no fun.
Reschedule If Needed - Showing up with the wrong paperwork, or paperwork filled out incorrectly, or no paperwork, or the wrong product means your delivery can't and won't be accepted. This can be a waste of valuable time for your staff and we want to make sure deliveries to Mankind are smooth and efficient so your team can continue on their route to finish their deliveries elsewhere on time.
